Alhamdulillah setelah beberapa kali tarikh ditunda kerana hal-hal yang tidak dapat dielakkan, bengkel ini berjaya juga dilaksanakan bersama Dr Effendi @ Ewan. Ini sebahagian daripada perancangan semasa saya masih sebagai Ketua Program PhD. Bengkel ini sememangnya dikhaskan kepada pelajar-pelajar PhD Eksekutif Fakulti Pendidikan. Namun saya menyediakan rakaman bengkel ini untuk manfaat bersama: Saya ingin merakamkan jutaan terima kasih kepada Dr Effendi di atsa kesudian beliau berkongsi ilmu, semoga Allah juga yang membalasnya :) bengkel ini diharap dapat memberi manfaat kepada juga buat semua pelajar .. san saya mendoakan agar semua akan dapat menyelesaikan penyelidikan mengikut apa yang dirancang :)

Sebenarnya perancangan untuk bengkel ini sudah agak lama dibincangkan namun kerana kekangan masa seta komitmen yang lain, agenda ini terpaksa dibawa ke hari ini. Thanks Dr Azrina, from the Faculty of Economics and Management, for this invitation :)
They are team members of a research funded by the Ministry of Women, Community and Social Development who conducted a research on women workers' involvement in STEM projects. My role today was to help out with the analysis of their qualitative data (mainly interviews), and to do this, we used NVivo. I carefully designed the workshop not to be too lengthy but instead I focused more on what should be done to analyze their current data. We had an in-depth discussion on the coding and the considerations in selecting the codes/keywords. I also shared they ways to present the data analysis including meta matrices and causal network. Together with the research group members who joined the workshop were FEP's students. I admired their persistence and commitment to learn a different perspective of looking at things and how to make it meaningful - away from numbers!
