Many novice researchers who conduct a DDR (Design and Developmental Research) tend to use ADDIE model as a framework of their study. ADDIE model is 'considered and accepted' as an Instructional Model, despite the existence of many other established ID Models for instance: Morrison, Ross & Kemp Model, Dick & Carey Model, Merrill's Model etcetera.
