I have challenged this energetic bunch of students to produce an educational video as part of their assignments. There was no specific theme or topic given. What they had to do was to produce a video with a morale story.  I must admit that, producing an impactful video is not an easy job, as it requires not only time and effort, but a good teamwork as well. 

Producing a storyboard is another story. 
They had to present their storyboard, listened to feedbacks and did amendments as suggested. 

Shooting a video might be the most challenging part of this task. 
I had no idea how much time they spent on shooting part. 
But I have no doubt to admit that guys - YOU DID A GREAT JOB IN PRESENTING OUTSTANDING VIDEOS!  I was mesmerized!

Creating your own Augmented Reality materials? Developing you own educational board-games? That's right! The truth is, this is what they had done in my class. 

One of the objectives of GA2123 course is  to help pre-service teachers to be able to design an interactive and fun educational games with the integration of Augmented Reality technology. It serves as an alternative approach in education and at the same time, to create more interactive and fun way of learning, yet meaningful enough for targeted learners. 


"It was not that complex, plus the experience was enriching" - this is one of the responses I received from this group of students when asked about their experiences in completing their AR-based tasks. Although initially,  they had no idea of what AR is all about, and how it works, at the end, they really amazed me with their creativity in developing the board-games. Kudos to all of you!

Inovasi disruptif semakin bercambah seiring dengan perkembangan dalam dunia teknologi dan kreativiti manusia kini. Oleh itu, kita harus mengambil peduli tentang keujudan inovasi yang berbentuk disruptif ini. Kefahaman tentang keperluan kepada inovasi disruptif serta kesannya kepada perkembangan ekonomi dan sosio budaya adalah antara perkara  yang memerlukan pemerhatian dan perbincangan.
